Return & Exchange Policy

At Diadeep Jewellery, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to make your shopping experience delightful. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all original tags, packaging, and invoice.

  • Any item that has been damaged, altered, or worn after removing the tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Items that are damaged during transit must retain the original tag for us to process the claim.

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange at this time.


2. Refunds

  • We offer a refund within 14 days of your return request approval.

  • Refunds will be processed as follows:

    • Online Payments: Refunded directly to your original payment method.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded as store credit only.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Steps to Process a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Ensure that all items are unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  2. Place your return request using the link available on our website (add link when live).

  3. Email us at support@diadeepjewellery.com with clear images of the product, packaging, and tags to schedule a pickup.

  4. Pack the item securely along with the invoice and address it to:

  5. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up your package within 3–5 business days at no extra cost to you.

  6. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 15 business days.


4. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange an item purchased from https://diadeepjewellery.com/ for the same item or another design, depending on stock availability.

  • Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.


5. Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, please email us at support@diadeepjewellery.com within 24 hours of placing your order, mentioning your order number.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.


6. Important Notes

  • We currently do not accept return requests for international orders.

  • Diadeep Jewellery reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
