1. Standard Delivery

• 24-Hour Delivery: Available only for Pune Pincodes. Orders qualifying for this option will be delivered within 12 hours of confirmation, subject to product availability and serviceable area.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days for standard delivery across India.

• Processing Days: All order processing takes place Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).

• Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

• All packages are dispatched and delivered between Monday and Saturday only.

2. Order Processing Time

• In-stock items are shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving your confirmed order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

• For large quantity or custom orders, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing and packaging.

• Some items may be bulk-packed to ensure secure and eco-friendly shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• For special delivery requests (like 12-hour delivery in Pune), additional fees may apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India.
For express (12-hour) delivery, our service is limited to select Pune Pincodes only.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.
Diadeep Jewellery shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or natural disruptions.
